Returns & Exchanges

Products may be returned or exchanged, provided that:

The item is returned within 7 days of purchase or delivery.

The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

The item is in a resellable condition.

The customer provides a valid proof of purchase, such as an invoice or receipt.

All returns are subject to inspection before approval.

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and quality reasons, certain products may not be eligible for return once opened or used.

This may include:

Pool chemicals
Cleaning liquids and treatments
Opened or used products
Special-order items
Electrical items that have been installed or used
Items damaged due to incorrect use, handling, or storage

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible.

We may request photos of the product and packaging to help us assess the issue.

Once reviewed, we will assist with a replacement, exchange, store credit, or refund where applicable.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method where possible.

Refunds may take a few working days to reflect, depending on the payment provider or bank.

Please note that delivery fees are generally non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our side.

Delivery & Return Costs

Customers are responsible for returning items to Amazon Pools, unless the product was supplied incorrectly or arrived damaged due to our error.

If collection is required, a collection fee may apply depending on the area.

Product Warranty

Certain products may carry a manufacturer’s warranty. Warranty claims are subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant supplier or manufacturer.

Warranty claims do not cover damage caused by incorrect installation, misuse, poor maintenance, or general wear and tear.
