BioGuard Burn Out is a calcium hypochlorite-based pool oxidizer formulated to destroy organic contaminants and restore brilliance to dull, lifeless pool water. Regular swimming pool use introduces organic waste such as body oils, sweat, sunscreen, and other debris that accumulates in the water and consumes chlorine, leading to cloudy water, unpleasant odours, and reduced sanitizer effectiveness. Burn Out works by oxidizing and eliminating these organic compounds, freeing up active chlorine to work more efficiently and restoring the water’s natural sparkle.
